I recently bought a new Sorento and dealt with Mohamed Berjawi. I definitely recommend asking for him. He was friendly and professional throughout. There were some hiccups along the way outside of his control but he was the standout that changed my mind about posting a negative review about the whole experience. The dealership is lucky to have him.

Great, patient service and beautiful modern cars! Highly recommended location to get your next Kia. Ask for Majd Al Thahabi from sales to assist you, he has patience of a Saint!

I brought my car in to get an oil change at the beginning of July. After months of my car sitting it needed brake pads and rotors replaced. I told them multiple times that I could not afford to replace my brakes that day. They took advantage of the fact that I'm a young female that clearly doesn't know about cars. They made it seem like my only option was to have my brake pads replaced and save up to replace my rotors as soon as I could and it should be fine, they made it seem as though I wasn't going to be able to get my car from them until I gave them the okay to change the pads. I had already been sitting there for 2 hours at this point. I brought it to a mechanic I trusted exactly two weeks later just to find out that I would need to pay for new brake pads again because they were already ruined (the cost for both pads and rotors was cheaper at this mechanic than it was for just the brake pads at Kia). My father tried to contact them and set up meetings but they jerked him around for 2 months until they finally spoke to him. He was told that the manager was going to talk to his manager and see what they could do about a credit for me. When they called me afterwards they told me there was nothing they could do for me and basically told me it was my fault for not saying no a third or fourth time. They come across as nice guys trying to help, but that's not the case, they can recognize when someone is vulnerable and they know how to take advantage of it.
