Just got my first car from Patrick at Palladio Honda and I can say it was an excellent experience. His service was excellent, very timely and he went above and beyond making sure the used vehicle was perfect. High recommendations for this business, keep up the good work.

3 times attempts have been made to overcharge me and then it is service fault for entering a wring figure. How can service always enter wrong numbers and always over the service provided. When I mentioned this in the office a colleague also agreed with me straight away has his husband has had similar experience in the past. I am not coming to Honda again.

My sales rep was amazing. Ellis did everything he could to help me and to make my experience enjoyable. The reason I chose "Liked it," instead of excellent was the fact that my car was first of all not ready on the Friday, like it was suppose to be and then not ready on Monday when I went to pick it up. My sales rep did what he could to accommodate me. But seeing as it was my first new car, I was very disappointed that it was not ready.
