The team here was amazing! I've spent months trying to get out of a bad deal from another dealership, and in doing so, I have worked with dealerships from Medicine Hat to Edmonton. Out of all of them, Southtrail Chrysler was by far the only one I would consider again. They pulled all the strings, did everything they could for me and never once did I feel pressured, ignorant, or needy. Jeff Crouse and Luke Dickison were amazing and completely honest with me. I would recommend them to absolutely everyone!

After working with Jeff Crouse, Luke Dickison, and the rest of the team here, I will be back. They were amazing. Honest, funny, and worked so damn hard to get me out of a bad situation. I've worked with dealerships from Medicine Hat to Edmonton in the past few months, and will never consider going anywhere else. Highly recommend them to everyone!

Yannick was an exceptional Salesman to deal with. He was not pushy, he let us do our research while still upholding his professionalism and answered all the questions we threw at him. He got us a fantastic deal on our new 2016 Dodge Caravan SXT. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I insist on going in and chatting with Yannick. He will make your new vehicle purchase an absolute breeze. Brittany was fantastic and did a stellar job at a quick turnaround on our financing. Every detail was very thought out on the delivery end. Bought a 2012 jeep wrangler last month. Absolutely love it!! Mori LaChapelle was my sales rep and Chad handled the financing. They were both wonderful to deal with. The jeep needed a few minor things fixed on it but Mori was on top of everything the entire time. Everyone was very helpful and made the purchasing process easy and quite enjoyable. I highly recommend this dealership.

Bought a 2012 jeep wrangler last month. Absolutely love it!! Mori LaChapelle was my sales rep and Chad handled the financing. They were both wonderful to deal with.
