Bought a 2012 jeep wrangler last month. Absolutely love it!! Mori LaChapelle was my sales rep and Chad handled the financing. They were both wonderful to deal with. The jeep needed a few minor things fixed on it but Mori was on top of everything the entire time. Everyone was very helpful and made the purchasing process easy and quite enjoyable. I highly recommend this dealership.

I had to take my 14 viper in for a couple recalls. This is my dream car and first time having to take it to a dealer for any work. I was a little nervous. I tried southtrail Chrysler as they are really close to home. The service lady was very helpful and assured me it would be a smooth process. They had it done by the next day including ordering the parts they needed. The car came back cleaner then when I took it in. Even the interior was all cleaned and vacuumed. They by far exceeded my expectations as we all dread the shop/service experience at most dealers. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a Chrysler/dodge product or looking to get some work or mait done. Good job guys! Keep it up.

i was so happy they moved close to my house and after one visit i went there and i well never ever go back they treat my wife with no respect and specially the sales guys and i tried to contact the sales manager a few times to explain what happen no respond at all. i would like to say thanks south trail and that was my fault that i went there to deal with kind sales people

I own a Jeep Grand Cherokee and I live in McKenzie Towne. When I heard South Trail Chrysler was open, I couldn't wait to have my vehicle serviced so close to home. They treated me very well. The service advisor was very helpful and knowledgeable. The mechanical staff are great and the sales people are very friendly. The service job was completed promptly and they did a full check of the vehicle. They even pointed out that my front engine seal was beginning to leak oil. That was important to me as my condo does not allow oil leaks in the underground parking. I will be getting this and ALL other work needed at South Trail Chrysler in the future. Thanks to you all.

This is a review about the service department, not the sales department. I went for an oil change on Saturday morning, as it read "express lane" and since I was in a hurry and it's close to my hose I gave it shot. I approached the entry gates and stood there waiting for a while, until someone told the young lady there that I was there, and she was like "well the gate is automatic so I'm sorry". Then the guy waved me to get closer and then the sensor was activated and the gate opened thank you very much. The young lady didn't even say good morning. I asked her what the waiting time for an oil change and she told me 2 and a half hours, which considering that I was there pretty early in the morning right where is says Express Lane seemed too long. Honestly I would have waited and would have just gone back home walking but the service clerk just scared me away. Then I went to Big4 and as usual they treated me well and the service was fast. So South Trail take note please, it is not a good beginning, especially in these uncertain times.
