I recently purchased a car at Acura Hamilton and it was a really good experience. Purchasing my first Acura was easy because of the product knowledge of their sales rep Julia! Everyone on staff was very helpful throughout the process and I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I'm pretty sure I'll be driving an Acura from now on... Thank you!

Picked up my wife’s new RDX Monday night and we couldn’t be happier! Julia was great to work with, she’s super friendly and professional and patient! We told her what we were looking for, and she delivered. We must have called everyday for a week as we waited for it to arrive but as soon as it did she was on top of it. Julia was ready and waiting with everything to get us on our way. Honestly have never had an easier car buying experience! We are new to the Acura family but couldn’t be more pleased with the service and interaction. We went to another dealership prior to Acura and walked around for 20 minutes before being acknowledged. Great job Acura!

Sales people are not honest with customers. They just want the deal done and don’t care what ever happen . Make sure to read and understand the contracts before signing. They said one thing and the contract says something else . I bought seven years warranty for my car when I purchased my MDX from them , but after four years brought it to fix something which was covered under warranty and found out that the warranty was expired and it was not for 7 years .

bought My used mdx suv from here with extended warranty for 7 years from the date of purchase . After driving for 4 yers , some noise was coming from front strut and it is supposed to be covered under warranty. Took it to them six months ago they said drive it for another two or three months until the noise get a bit more and bring it back. So I took it back while ago and they said my warranty is expired and it’s started three years before purchase of my car which doesn’t make sense at all . I would not recommend this place based of the dishonesty and ripping customers off. Be careful what the sales person tells you one thing and the contract says something else.
