If this was just about their service i would give it a 5 star, unfortunately it's the entire dealership. Since they were purchased by Palladino, me and my Fiance had a pretty bad dealing with the new manager. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle don't buy it in Sudbury, make the trip and you can easily save thousands like my fiance did on her Nissan.
