Marco was a great and honest sales person! Jade made everything clear and easy to understand. The whole experience was very enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

Great experience from the moment I walked in the door. Pleasant front desk staff, Tyler my sales representative was awesome and took the time to answer any questions I had to make the experience smooth. Jason in the finance department was knowledgeable, friendly, and a great addition to the process of buying my new vehicle. Everyone went over and above what I expected from a car dealship. Keep up to good work!

I purchased a 2018 Mazda 3 Sport GS. I opted to rate 4 out of 5 stars, however would probably have rated 3.5 start is I could have. PROs - Staff are very friendly. Evan is who assisted me, however at one moment or another I was introduced to almost every member of staff. I really hope that the Palladino Group keeps this Mazda dealership so quaint as it does actually feel like a big/small family - Pricing was pretty great, cheaper than the rest of Ontario and the vehicle I bought was cheaper than the US pricing - Trade in for my vehicle was fair, much better than most other dealerships in town CONs - Accessories. I purchased some roof racks with my car, however it took over two weeks after delivery to have them installed. This was a slight disappointment. The quality of the roof racks are sub par for an OEM product, and it does look like there was some cut marks created in the plastic when it was being installed - Not really Palladino Honda's fault, but the $400 or $500 GPS "package" should be included with all sales. That "package", for all those that do not know, if just an SD card with maps on it as all the Mazda vehicles do have GPS built in - just no maps. - Again, not really Palladino's fault, but the lack of GPS AND Android Auto/Carplay surely adds for disapointment. - The Mazda 3 is really nice, but much much more dated than the Civic or Camry All in all, I would definitely recommend Palladino Mazda and the staff will really help you out if you need it. All very friendly people. EDIT 19/02/09: I had to switch my review from 4 stars to 2. Palladino told me squealing brakes are normal and that, and I quote, "all car brakes squeal". They also would not replace my AC button that is popped out as they apparently all do this. It sounds like Palladino Mazda is trying really hard to save money by not acknowledging real problems and it's really turning me off from the Mazda brand.

Purchasing my vehicle at Palladino Mazda was so easy! Shyla made everything great, she explained everything to me. Never once did I feel pressured into my sale. All the staff were fantastic and I will be back in the future.
