I worked with Kris Letourneau Sales specialist I purchased a 2022 touring civic. Kris was beyond knowledgeable and very personable. I asked him many challenging questions about the Civic and other questions in the nature of the Honda dealership. He was very easy to work with he gave me his personnel Cell number so I could ask him any questions I had about the vehicle since I had to order it. He always got back to be within the day and was always straight with me. on the final day when delivering the vehicle he took his time going through the vehicle with me ensuring I knew how every thing worked. Beyond this Hondas Service team was great too I was able to ask them about Tints they showed me there personal vehicles and had some good laughs overall an amazing experience I will be back for sure thank you team. I love my Touring Civic

Not a customer but I work for one. Went into replace some parts today. The young gentleman at the parts counter was swamped with customers on 3 phones but took the time to process my request quickly and professionally. The other two guys at service were friendly and helpful. When I left, literally everyone that was on the floor said thank you and have a good day. I’ve not seen that level of attention for a long time. Makes me think that I may come back and be a customer sometime soon. Thank you.
