** SOLD ME A BIKE WITH NO OIL** Sutherland Honda uses mechanics that don’t know what they are doing. They sent me home with my brand new motorcycle and not a drop of oil in it. Started smoking, smelling like it was on fire and the oil light came on. Talked to the mechanic who accused me of lying about the oil, got frustrated when he couldn’t explain the oil light, I asked him to come pick up the bike as the engine is messed and he replied “too bad” and hung up on me. You will find Sutherland Honda has as much professionalism as oil they put in my bike. None!

I always receive outstanding service from Sutherland Honda. Service is always friendly, efficient and thorough. I was in for a B service which included checking my brakes but was told that my brakes would probably have to be replaced in the fall so they didn’t want to charge me for work on something that I would only have for a short time. I surely appreciate being told this and not charged for something I didn’t need to be done.

Ordered parts for repair. I was told I would get a phone call when parts were in. That never happened, but received email which went to my spam folder. It was not from Honda, it had the name of the parts manager, so I didn’t open the email. When I called a few weeks later to ask if parts had arrived, they told me they couldn’t get a hold of me and had sent the parts back. I had to reorder them again and book an appointment. Booking an appointment by phone is also a hassle because I was put on hold several times and got hung up on and then had to call back. The excuse they gave me for hanging up is because they’re busy. Not good customer service in my opinion.
