Brought my 2019 Civic in for a condenser replacement. While it was in, the service writer noticed my MVI was out next month and asked if I wanted it done now. I said sure, and their technician found a brake issue. They got it fixed right away. Exceptional service by exceptional people. Speaking as a journeyman technician who has made a living at customer service, I was thoroughly impressed.

With the crazy car market right now, I was super grateful for the down to earth attitude and being given all of our options from our sales rep, Brendan. I ended up buying a CRV instead of a smaller car because of my inability to wait and Brendan thoroughly explaining the similarities and differences between all my options. Everything was priced out, explained, and I genuinely felt like he had my best interests at heart from what I said I needed. I love my new CRV and am super happy with my decision! Financing was fast and since the car was on the lot, I was able to get it the next day! Incredible service and I'll always be happy to own a reliable Honda!

By far one of the easiest car shopping experiences we’ve ever had! Kris and and Kim were amazing to deal with and made each step clear and simple in the process. It was a no pressure environment, and they were beyond helpful with any questions we had during the purchase process. We absolutely love our new car. They did an amazing job detailing it for pickup day, and made driving off the lot a quick and painless experience. Kris even came in early on the day we booked out test drive to meet us, and answer any questions we had before our drive. We will definitely be recommending Sutherland to anyone that’s looking, and will definitely be back when we are in the market for another vehicle!
