They pulled the old bait and switch on me. Their descriptions of several used cars was grossly inflated and they make no apologies. Felt sleazy and gross to deal with their salesman.

We were just looking around when we showed up at the dealership. I had an appointment set up via the website, but we still wanted to do a bit of research for options. Nour made us feel comfortable. He answered almost all our questions and those he couldn't were quickly researched. He was interested in us as more than just customers. Our conversation went through a lot of topics. Two and a half hours later, we were signing the initial papers to purchase our new Kia Soul. It is a quirky vehicle and the colours were quirky (Polar/Red) and this suited us well. We thoroughly enjoyed this experience. Thank you Nour, and all your team. We look forward to a long, mutually satisfying relationship.

We came into Kia on Huntclub, because we were at Costco and heard that Country 101 were there. When we went into the dealership we were greeted by the friendly face of Nour who took the time to chat with us even knowing we were not really looking to purchase a new KIA at the time - our previous experience with a different KIA deal was not the best. We ended up looking at the various vehicles and by the end of our visit were set on buying a new KIA Sportage. Nour stuck with us through the whole afternoon, telling us the various benefits of each vehicle with absolutely no pressure (a rare experience at a car dealership). After the decision to purchase was made, Nour kept us up to date on the progress of preparing the vehicle and was "bang on" with the delivery date and information. Each person we dealt with (Nour, Mike and Dee) treated us kindly and made it the most pleasant vehicle purchase experience we've had in our years of buying cars. It's rare that I recommend a Car Dealership, but in this case, solely based on the experience with Nour and the rest of the team - I suggest you give them a try, I'm confident you won't be let down. When it's time to trade in our Explorer, I know they've already won our business! Bob Hall

Worst possible experience! From an uninterested sales person to a nightmare trying to rectify a problem with my new car which 2 months later has not been resolved. A disaster in customer service, I would not recommend this dealership at all.
