Was shopping around for a new Kia. Met Tony and right out of the gate he was a no non-sense kind of guy. Told him what I was looking for and he found the car I wanted. The was no pressure, no silly up-sells that I didn't want. He actually listened to me and in no-time I was waiting on the delivery of the car. I came into this knowing exactly what I want and Tony made it happen. Very happy with the experience and I'd recommend Tony to anyone.

Tony and Hassan were very friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, patient, etc. They made our car buying experience a good experience rather than a painful one. I would recommend Tony and Hassan at KIA Hunt Club to all my friends and family!

An absolutely terrible experience, wouldn't recommend you waste you time by going to this dealership. If you do i recommend you don't use Eli Farrah. He was an awful sale men, he didn't disclose the vehicle had been in an accident (I found out on day of delivery) he didn't keep me informed at all during the process (He passed everything onto the Female Finance Manger, Who was the only helpful person). When you call the dealership to speak with anyone you get only voicemails and its beyond frustrating when your waiting to hear information about the car, and the salesmen won't keep you updated ( I bought the car in Ottawa, but do not live in Ottawa). All in all i was beyond disappointed with this dealership and the service. It was Exhausting dealing with the and the "surprises" the kept arising.

We had an absolutely horrible experience today at this dealership. The sales manager quoted us a bi-weekly payment that added $4700 to the price of the car!! What a scam!!! When I called him later today and asked where that $4700 came from he claimed he made an "honest mistake" and that he "did the math in his head". Yes because I believe he can calculate amortization tables with down payments and trade-ins in his head. And I also believe that him doing his very demanding job of entering 2 numbers into his software program to get the payment amount leaves plenty of space for him to make his "honest mistake" I wonder how he would feel if someone made an "honest mistake" with his $5000.

I bought a new 2013 Optima and got a great deal! Sillin was my sales rep -second car I've purchased from her. She is knowledgeable, professional and I always feel like she is working to get the right car for me at the right price. The process was complicated but whenever we hit a speed bump, the General Manager, Patrick, was there to find a solution. I was super impressed with his problem solving abilities. I highly recommend the team at Bank Street Kia.

I just bought a new Kia Sorento. When I walked in I was greeted with friendly staff and more importantly , a knowledgeable staff. They answered my questions right away and were very open to all my needs and negotiations. I got an extremely fair trade in value for my used vehicle (more than the other dealerships that I went to). I got absolutely every thing I asked for, which is rare in my experience when dealing with a new vehicle purchase. I would and will recommend Dilawri Kia o Hunt Club to every one I know looking for a vehicle, and I would send them to see Eli.
