Worst dealer to work with, there are 2 other Kia dealers in Ottawa area, do business with them before doing business with hunt club. Kia on hunt club are scammers, and liars. Be careful about giving them a deposit too, if transaction does not go through, they will not refund you. Good luck if you decide to work with them.

Best car shopping experience I've ever had. Period. Hadn't even stepped foot out of my car yet and was already greeted with a smile from the lovely Courtney Lamirande. Not even 5 minutes after, we were off for a test drive. Asked a few questions about the car during the drive and she answered each quickly and accurately. Very well prepared and knowledgeable. Once back, we sat down and filled out the paperwork for the trade in and discussed price points. I gave her my expectations and off she went to the manager. 10 minutes later, she comes back with a bi-monthly payment a few(6) dollars over my asking. Perfect! We then talked options and add-ins, and asked about inclusions and pretty much everything I asked for was easy to get included in said price without any hassle or wheeling and dealing. (Upgraded rims and wheels from 17" to 18" with machines rims, and also winter tires on rims) The whole time, smiling and laughing. Super friendly and personable. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family, and already have. Mike, the General Sales Manager was also one of the most friendly GMs I've ever encountered. Most are always so serious and half dread speaking with customers, but Mike came out of his office to personally greet me and talk. Same as Courtney, all smiles :) Superb service!

Bought a car with Kia on Hunt Club, was told I could not get approved for the loan unless i bought an extended warranty, or gap insurance so i was lied into that. Come to pick up the car, they put a FinalCoat on the car (rust proofing) that I never asked for and charged it on my loan, told me I would get FREE oil changes for life, yet charged me 900$ for the oil changes. Told me they would give me a free Car Starter but charged me $400 for it, got a bunch of things put on the deal to be done. Picked up the car, they made me sign the paperwork and THEN showed me the car only to find out nothing that was on the contract has been done. Motor light comes on as i'm driving out of the dealership,bunch of recalls weren't done that should be been done for the safety to pass, the list goes on and on. Had to go back 6 times in a month to get all the work done, lost wages because of this. Was lied to, and then denied that they lied to me. Made official complaint to OMVIC about them and i am considering taking legal action at this point because they will not break the contract that THEY did not follow through on.

Terrible! I give them 0 stars. Can you believe that they lost my drivers license after making a photo copy! Below is the managers response when I ask them to pay for the 20$ it cost me to get my drivers license replaced. (this is not counting the personal time it took me to go to service Ontario, taking off from work, driving without a drives license)... Not following up with me the day after the incident with a simple phone call. Having to wait for them as they attended other costumers... TERRIBLE! (From Kia Huntclub) " I sincerely apologize for said unprofessional behavior, it is not the impression we wish to leave our potential customers with. Regarding your driver's license, without you purchasing a vehicle from us I wouldn't have a way of giving you a refund- there is no way of me running this by our accounting department as every transaction has to be linked to a vehicle's stock number. If you would like to give me call to further discuss the purchase of the Kia Sportage I will make sure I personally work out some numbers for you Jean and make it up to you by much more than $20. Please let me know when it would be a good time to discuss via phone or even better, in person. " ----- Stay way from these guys unless you have a chain or a tracking GPS attached to your drivers license.
