Brought my car into this dealership to complete yet another recall on my Equinox. Was advised after the recall was completed that the frame was rusted out and that the car is a write off. Service manager insisted on charging for work that should never have been completed. This place is ripping off customers and GM corporate. Will never come back and will never buy another GM product again.

Brought my 2020 silverado for 2 recalls and to check my engine. There was a part that fell off (not broken) that was left inside my front bumper. I found it on my own looking at the work that had been done. Was contacted by service after leaving this review and no reason was given for why the part was left inside the vehicle.

Avoid at all costs. We had a terrible experience at this dealership and were misled on our new truck. They made changes to what we ordered without letting us know. Resolution attempt was feeble to say the least. Due to the truck shortage out there, they obviously don't need to worry about customer satisfaction. Never buying a GM product ever again.

So it came down to having my SUV seizing up on me well my wife and I are on our way to work. We went on a new car shopping visitation spree. Test drove and even purchased a vehicle that we were not 100% set on. So we looked at each other and said " Screw it" We have one more appointment at Nurse. So we decided to head right over. We had a couple trucks to look at. But not one we had that feeling about, until there it was . Our new 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 RST rally edition in Jet Black everywhere!!! We had Mark Jenson as our sales rep.. The guy is awesome. He made everything so comfortable well my wife and I were there. He also helped us with our accessories, giving us his own relationship with certain accessories we ended up purchasing as add-ons. He drew everything up on the computer and also calculated the total infront of us on his calculator. He made you want to be there. During these times, the lovely days of Covid!! The staff at Nurse .. Well, for my wife and I experience. It could not have gone better. We ended up taking the first vehicle we purchased back to the other dealership, just so we could purchase the one we truly wanted here. Thank you Mark. And thank you to all the staff at Nurse.
