Terrible. My husband and I went in to look at a couple Toyota Tundra's. We are new to the Truck line, and wanted to get a feel of the Crew vs the Double. We had already decided that we wanted a Tundra. We upfront told the sales person that we would like to sit in a couple different sizes, to decide on our needs. He responded by saying "well the crew is bigger, so do you want a larger sitting area or a larger box?" We basically had to up front give him the idea that we were not leaving until we got to take a look at a couple of trucks. He proceed to go and get the keys and come out approx. 30 mins later. I was actually tempted to walk out and drive 30-45 minutes away to find another dealership. Even though they had four used Tundra's with different models and sizes that may have been a possibility for us, he brought out one key. I even had to ask him to unlock the vehicle. If we were in the market for new, the sales person basically told us up front that they were to expensive and not worth the money. And that he had never bought a new vehicle himself. He actually inflated the price by $20,000, to talk us out of a new truck. I felt that he already informed us that we could not afford a new truck, even though he knew nothing about us. I hatted my experience all together. After doing quite a bit of research, I also felt that Jackson's used trucks are not at fair market value. If Honda had a Truck comparable to a Tundra, I would have driven right across the road to the Honda dealership and bought a truck from them. Stay away!!
