Amazing staff

Tara was extremely good to work with, she did all she could do in selling us a car, we just expected more from Toyota when a car was available but would not sell as one of the Toyota family was using it and wouldn't allow to be used for this sale. Was not impressed. However Tara did her best, running back and forth to make this sale. Hope this company knows how good an employee they have. (we were about to walk away from this sale twice, but Tara made it happen.

Tara was the rep who assisted me. She took me under her wing and treated me like a long time friend not as a customer. Tara made the process painless and made sure that all of my questions were answered making me as comfortable as possible. She introduced me to all of the available members of the Jackson's team and ensured that the corolla I bought was right for my needs. I am really impressed and would definitely recommend and return!

I was happy with the service and communication I have received from Jacksons Toyota. I haven't been a customer of theirs for long but they have already won me over by helping me out with an issue that was nobodies fault but my own. That made me very happy. I would recommend Jacksons Toyota to friends and family.

I had not decided which model Toyota to purchase and was looking for the right fit and best value. Eric quickly gave me the info needed to decide on a Corolla. He then explored all available options enabling me to make an informed decision. I am thrilled with my 2015 Corolla.

The dealership is bright and clean! We were treated pleasantly by Noel who listened to the reasons for our visit, answered questions and gave us time to think. Once we reached a decision he was helpful in securing a deal that would work for us. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything we needed to know about the vehicle and was flexible in arranging a pick up time to fit our schedule. We are very happy with our vehicle and have already recommended Noel as a "go to" person.

Eric helped me look at several different options when I was looking to replace my leased Prius. He focused on my priorities and was very good about explaining which option might best suit our needs. I felt he gave us a very fair price on the returned Prius and a good deal on the new vehicle. Overall I was very happy with the way I was treated.
