I just show up at my convenience and get an Oil Change with no need to make an appointment. Great service and Courteous staff. I will keep going back.

Service was good except after I left the dealership I noticed I had been provided with and billed for an extra litre of engine oil. I called and left a message for Mike but the call was not returned the next day. Not really a huge issue just a little confusing.

Sorry our parts department didn't know about the oil additive you supplied so they billed full amount of oil. Mike has called to credit the liter of oil.

My Prius battery was shot after only 250,000 km, costing me over $3500.00 to replace. It made my reliable Prius of 8 years suddenly worthless. I was extremely disappointed, but Tim explained the situation with grace and respect.

My third experience with Jacksons Toyota was not very good. My wife came in with a problem but it was not covered under warranty. She broke one of the screws off for the rear license plate. However they decided to fix it free of charge since we have bought 2 cars there. That was very generous of them. When my wife went home after and went to open the tail gate it was cover in grease. Grease was all over the handle, the bumper, the tail gate, everywhere. She went back to talk to the service manager but he was not there so one of the service advisors cleaned it up. A few days later I noticed the handle had grease on it still so I cleaned it up and I noticed a big scratch so I also removed the licence plate and found that the tech that fixed it made a huge mess and damaged the car. Not happy. My wife returned a week later for an oil change and to show the manager what happened. He apologized and said he would fix it. That was ok. Then after the oil change my wife got into the car and found black finger prints on the drivers seat. Not very professional. We are not very impressed. We are almost concerned about bringing our vehicle in for any more service as we are not sure what to expect. We would assume that by bringing our vehicle in to a dealership, that we would receive the best and most professional service available. But that is not what we have received and although everyone has been very polite and helpful in resolving our issues, each time we come we leave with another.

The broken screw was a problem for the technician. The broken screw had to be drilled and heated to extract. Trying to be helpful and doing a "free of charge" repair. Because of the heat and drilling the paint around the screw hole was disturbed. I understood the customer's point of view and had the paint repaired.

I was getting snow tires for my new Camry and was pleased to be in and out in 40 minutes or less. The price was a little higher than another tire store but the coffee and cookie with a paper more than made up for it.
