I recently had my rav4 in for service at Jacksons Toyota . Straight forward, well explained, no suprises except some cost savings. And a feeling from Mike Fraser to reception that I was in good hands!

I wasn't happy with the fact that I bought my truck on Aug 26th, was told that our truck would be there Saturday, the truck never showed up. The next promise date was the Tues the truck never showed up, then Wed was the next date again no truck. We went in on the Thursday and everyone looked very nervous. The sales manager brushed it off like he had no clue what was going on. The Friday after us going in the truck magically appeared. If the sales manager and sales associate would have told us it could be 2 weeks we would have been okay with that, they didn't they made us wait for hours on the Saturday of a long weekend while we were going away to wait for our truck that wasn't there. I felt lied to and brushed off, I mentioned since there were 5 delivery dates promised maybe the sales manager should throw in a complimentary tonneau cover then they laughed and said good luck with that, unless they fall from the sky for free it won't happen, after we already agreed to pay for extra accessories on the truck. To top it off our biggest thing was the rims and tires, the sales associate couldn't even show us what rims came on the truck. We were told it was the black rims like on the TRD from the finance lady. The rims on it weren't the ones we were told. Anyway the dealership itself is very nice and the Jackson family are great. We work at Honda and would buy again just learned a lot of lessons here. Again just didn't like to be lied to that is a big problem in my eyes. Just tell us 2 weeks we wouldn't have left with a bitter taste about what should have been an exciting time. Instead we were not excited by the delivery date we just wanted it done.

Thank you for your comments. At Jackson’s Toyota Scion we take great care in delivering our cars and trucks to our valued customers in a timely manner for over 40 years! I regret that there were delays to your delivery; we know it is an exciting time and strive to make it happen as agreed. We stock the largest Toyota inventory in Central Ontario to that end however with all the models, colours and options obviously it is impossible to stock everything. Dealers work together along with Toyota to fill the orders and the deeper we get in the model year the more difficult it becomes to fill orders. We try the closest dealer first of course and increase the search area as need be. In your case that meant going to Quebec, too far to drive so we contract a trucking company that gives us an ETA and we schedule deliveries accordingly. But suffice it to say there were delivery delays beyond our control that certainly could have been communicated to you much better, my apologies. We appreciate your feedback and it will allow us to better serve our guests in the future. Thanks again Neil for taking the time and for your business.

All information provided before purchase in a relaxed atmosphere , Staff courteous & polite. However, I thought that service dept. might have changed the oil & filter before the vehicle was picked up by new owner!

This the 5th Scion we have purchased in the past few years. One phone call to Noel and he made all the arrangements for us. The paper work was ready for us when we came in to pick it up and it was in order. He understands our needs and gets us exactly what we need and want.

I looked at several small hatchbacks but came back to the Yarris, your facilities look well organised and the people are friendly, everything went smoothly and overall was a most pleasant experience.
