Terrible Experience, if we hadn't tried another dealership we may not have bought a Toyota, this dealership sure turned us off. Total waste of our time! Asked to look at A Toyota Sienna, used possibly new. The salesman said he had a great deal on a used one just brought in. He just had to find the keys! waited almost an hour for this man to slowly walk office to office looking for keys. We stopped him at one point to say " what colour is it because we have a white in mind", "Oh its white I'm pretty sure…"he replied. An hour later pulled around in a blue sienna with a cracked windshield. Instant disappointment but had an open mind and took it for a drive. It smelled inside and was not very clean at all. Had a bumping coming from the back which the salesman said must have been the dealer plate bumping…..no don't think so….When we came back we let him know that this wasn't for us and maybe could we look at the other used one in the front. So he slowly head back in looking for keys, waited another 10 mins just to look in to see him trying to sell another couple a car inside! You would think he wasted enough of our day!! We left very disappointed! Thanks to Nowell for wasting our time!

According to the invoice certain procedures were completed. But according to the camera I had in the car they were not. If these items were said to be done and were not then how can I trust that the rest of the invoice was completed as said.

Disappointing this time

Car was ready to go but nobody available to receive payment and check out. Delayed and extra 25 minutes. Error on invoice with respect to work done. Returned next day and Tim acknowledged and corrected the error. Wife tried to contact me at the deanship 4 times to see what was happening. Could not get through to service. When she did and asked if I was still there she was told that I had cashed out. The responder was unable or unwilling to tell her when I had left. Issues were discussed with the service manager the following day. Unfortunately we do not have cell phones and I did not have the phone number where she was.

After speaking with John, we realized the responder was not Tim and had no idea when John had left all during which time Tim was at lunch. Very confusing for John and his wife. I apologized for the communication issues. Sometimes getting through by phone can be difficult if service staff are busy.

We had a complete break job and tire balancing. We had not anticipated the break job and he put our safety first in advising us of the need knowing we would be travelling a long distance. Tim was very friendly and informative.
