When my son took my vehicle in to be looked at-he felt that he was being 'fluffed off" and no- one took the situation seriously. Then after driving to Parry Sound that afternoon he was "too scared to keep driving" the vehicle because of the incredibly loud noise the car was making. He brought the vehicle back to bbe looked at a 2nd time and it was then the vehicle was fixed. Thank-you for fixing the car-but a lot of time on my families part was wasted in getting the car in the 1st time-then to drive it from Parry Sound to Barrie...This could have been done on the initial visit. Sorry Erin unfortunatly the part had to be ordered. It was unfortunate it took 2 visits and your son had to come from Parry sound.

I was greeted by a Toyota team member and escorted over to Tim's desk. He was welcoming and able to answer my questions. He was professional and explained what was going to be done to diagnose the problem. Updates provided by Tim while I waited, and a timely cashout.

there was a problem with my brakes and this issue was addressed and tended to promptly and thoroughly. Fortunately, the service was covered under warranty. Eli was as I have described above. He came in to the waiting room at least twice to keep me fully apprised of the situation with my brakes. The job was finished promptly and I could go on my way. The woman who met me in the service bay to take my mileage on the other hand was abrupt and dismissive. She asked me what was wrong with my car and when I started to explain, she told me she didn't need that info and to tell it to the service attendant. I felt dismissed and could feel my blood pressure rising. I found her that way on another service appointment when I came in for my 40,000 km service.

First oil change, met with all the information I needed and felt that I was being treated like a queen! Enjoyed my first visit!!

I asked for the light in between the tach and speedo be looked at and it wasn't. Nothing was said to me on pick up and the service was stale.

Car is well cared for. If any criticism, it's a bit expensive for an oil change. The same service at a Toyota dealer in Orlando is $20 less.

When the mechanic discovered a faulty part during the maintenance inspection Elie explained the situation to me, including what repairs needed to be done as well as the costs and time needed to complete the work. My vehicle was ready ahead of schedule.
