Lovely blokes in the Lube centre, one in particular very kind and helpful with opening the door for me when I was leaving (I had hands full of a baby and baby bag). Unfortunately I didn't get his name, but I believe he was possibly african american, which I hope helps him get the recognition he deserves...wish I'd caught his name! Thanks!

My recent visit involved both the Express Service and the main vehicle maintenance facility. In both areas I was treated politely by competent people who seemed dedicated to customer service. I'm very pleased with my Toyota Highlander and with the services provided by Jackson Toyota.

The work done was fine but there was a serious discrepancy in the time calculation.

Quoted less that one hour to do the job. Actual time turned out to be 2.5 hours. A very serious miscalculation and inconvenience.

Mr. Rushworth is correct. The repair should have taken an hour. From time to time we run in to problems and repairs take longer than they should. Sorry about the delay.

Drove away extremely upset and unhappy

Nelson was not the problem--but my Jacksons salesman promised me that you would have parts for my Pontiac Vibe--I drove away paying 3-4 times what I was quoted with a mixture of Pontiac and Toyota lug nuts on my wheels and so now cannot put my hub caps on! It looks ridiculous and not sure its even safe!

The U-joints were replaced on our Tacoma under warranty and since we took advantage of the shuttle, we did other tasks during our visit.

Made a pleasant experience out of an unpleasant one

Elie's professional, polite and friendly demeanor made dealing with a blown out rear tire less of a pain. He and the service technician took the time to show me the old tire and how it was damaged, how they tried to repair it and when that didn't work, why it wasn't covered by warranty. Another less professional person may have made an already bad situation worse, but Elie's friendliness and understanding made the whole process seem less painful to the pocketbook.
