I was experiencing car not starting; Jackson's diagnosed it as shifter linkage loose and fixed it. I have not experienced a no start since the repair making for a much better motoring experience.

Impressive

I just walked in to ask for some assistance with a computer reading on my Venza. Although I had to wait a bit for initial service (it was very busy there) and I am not a Jackson Toyota regular customer, I was impressed with the service I did receive along with the courtesy of all the staff. I will go back to Jacksons. They fixed my tire issue and I was back out in what seemed like a short time.

Vehicle required recall work on the drivers seat, and I had a coupon for an oil change from when I originally purchased the vehicle. The only negative experience was being told that a problem with the dial that controls whether the vents system delivers fresh air from outside or recirculates air inside the cabin would require at least $55 to diagnose, and that the result would probably be needing a entire new control panel.

The sales department bent over backwards to expedite the completion of the sale. I was told to bring the vehicle back the following day at 12:00 noon to switch the tires from my trade-in and complete an emission test. When I arrived at noon I was surprised that with a pre-arranged appointment I was told that this would take two hours. I returned two hours latter and was told that they were working on the vehicle and it wouldn't be any more than 40 more minutes. In total it took four hours! On leaving, I asked the sales person to convey my annoyance with the service provided to the Service Manager. To date I have not receive any follow-up call in this regard. I am most pleased with the purchase process but do not plan to have this vehicle serviced at this dealership.
