I have dealt with Jackson's Toyota for over 30 years and have purchased a number of vehicles from this dealership. I have consistently found the sales staff to be knowledgeable,and accommodating. I always have my vehicles serviced at Jackson's Toyota due to the exceptional quality of service provided, outstanding advice given,attention to detail,and expertise of the service department personal which includes reception, service coordinators, management and especially the technicians. This dealership promotes trust and true customer relationships. I highly recommend Jackson's Toyota to all potential customers whether for purchasing a vehicle or in my opinion,one of the most important aspects of owning a vehicle,having it serviced to ensure safety,reliability and longevity.

I recently leased the 2015 Toyota corolla from Jacksons Toyota in Barrie. Rob, helped me out and got me everything I needed and everything I wanted in a quick and fashionable process with no setbacks and no funny business. I have been to the dealership many times, and each time I have a wonderful experience. The customer lounge is very comfortable and the staff is welcoming. I recently went on a test drive with Tara Tolmie in sales and actually had a lot of fun dealing with her! She was honest and there was no pressure. I will be upgrading to a new Toyota from her and Jacksons very soon!

I have been dealing with dealership for long time, recently been to service for break but usually they do not charge inspection fee if do the service but this time I was charged for inspection fee and Regular service charges. Service is not trust anymore.
