Had to fight and get a different dealerships manager to fight to get my warrantee excepted (on a chevy) Then when I went to pick it up, the lady at the service desk had her face in her phone and rudely directed me to another dept. Then when I left, face still in the phone, gave a very snappy and rude goodbye. Will pay the extra to get it towed to Boyer to eliminate this bad experience. Will not go back to Roy Nichols

My visit very pleasant it was and easy quick . The staff were very helpful and pleasant . I would recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle .

I changed dealerships recently and was really impressed by the service at Roy Nichols Motors. In addition even tho their were repairs it is nice to know after it felt like a brand new car. Good service and great repair work.

I tool my truck into Roy Nichols Motors as it very suddenly was making a terrible sound and smoke was coming from the front hood. Turns out the water/coolant pump had broke. I was also in need of a break inspection and fuel injection cleaning. I took the truck in at 3pm and it was ready at 8am the next morning. The service rep called and informed me that the extended warranty covered the fuel pump costs so the cost of the repair service was considerably less than I was preparing for. My take away from this is that I recieved timely communication and great service. Thanks Roy Nichols Motors!
