My automatic window went all the way down and would not go back up. I arrived at Roy Nichols 30 minutes before the service department was closing and they were able to replace the regulator with a minute to spare. I thought I would have to leave my car there overnight. Or be turned away as I I didn't have an appointment and it was an unexpected repair. Roy Nichols gave me piece of mind.

Bought our blazer here at Roy Nichols, Gary was our salesman, he was a decent guy, no BS, I knew what I wanted and Gary got it for me! I use the parts department for parts the odd time on my older gm trucks and Jamie in the parts department is great, super friendly, always helpful. It’s typical OEM pricing on parts, Jamie does what he can to help out, but in the end, you want OEM parts, you’re gonna pay, just like dodge, ford, Honda…. Any dealer. The service from Gary and Jamie are great though, I’ll be back again.
