Bought used 2018 car and noticed rattle in passenger door and center vent controls (left/ right and up/down) were broken. Their tech took a look and gouged the door trim opening the door panel. After several phone calls and over a year later I get an email parts have arrived. Booked date for repair via phone. Drove there to be told repairs were scheduled for day before and that loaner had been given out on emergency and told sorry. No confirmation email for appointment? No phone call to say I had "missed" an appointment? No follow up? Over a year for parts? Bad experience from start to finish. BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE, DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This 5 star review is specifically being left for the pure respect, education and first class service I received from Daniel Chung in the Collision bay today. I have a small dent and scratch on the door of my brand new 2021 traverse from a Walmart parking lot. Feeling pretty defeated about this I went to Roy Nichols collision centre and left there feeling relieved. Daniel took the time to talk too me and walk me through the damage. Even looking at areas I never would think to check. I am very pleased with service provided today. Thank you again Daniel !

Took 2:15 hrs to change over my tires and when I arrived they told me it should not take long. I decided to wait instead of walking home 15min away. I would have rather them give me a realistic time so I could not waste my time waiting at the dealership.

Stephen was easy to deal with, Jamie in parts was good too with some questions. Service was done in a great manner on a Saturday. Alot better then the shop down the road in Bowmanville.
