The Team at Roy Nichols was very helpful, especially Bob the Parts Manager. He explained how a Warranty claim happens and the process . They had my front wheel bearing changed and out the door in a few hours. I’d had a bad experience at dealer close to my home ( Boyer Chevrolet Lindsay) , but thankful Roy Nichols came through.

The staffs especially the service manager are good. I will strongly recommend to my family and friends. I have no concern with regards to the result of their job.

Use Roy Nichols to store my tires and have always had a pleasant experience with the staff. The tire/parts guy is also very helpful and friendly.

Roy Nichols service department is the Best! Appointments are convenient, estimates are accurate and all work is done when they tell you. Employees are courteous and efficient, waiting area is comfortable, and a coffee shop right across the road. It doesn't get any better.
