I've serviced my vehicle at many dealerships throughout Durham and a friend recommended Roy Nichols. I have now used Roy Nichols many times and they are hands down the best...I have dealt with all 3 service advisors and they are all amazing their communication is second to none. I will now go nowhere except Roy Nichols for service.

First class customer service from Stephen Johnson in the Service Dept of Roy Nichols. I had an issue with the charging of my 2019 Chevy Volt (not bought from this dealership) and it was promptly, efficiently and courteously resolved. I felt like I was a personal friend of the owner even though I’d never been to the dealership before.

To Lorrie, Daniel and team in Auto body repairs. Thank you for making my experience at Roy Nichols Auto body shop an easy one. Although my repairs went through insurance, I can tell you that the price was very fair. They looked after all administrative and rental car pick up /drop off for me.-All I had to do was show up. This team makes you feel at ease with the process. They are honest and friendly. I felt well taken care of, like part of the family. And not to mention the body work done on my car is impeccable. Well done to all. It is clear that this team respect each other and work like a well oiled machine (no pun intended-lol). Without a doubt this is the place I will come back to with all my auto Body repair needs and I will be sure to tell everyone I know how trusted they are.
