A friend of mine who services their vehicle here (won't post themselves for fear of retribution-this dealer is clearly not shy of looking people up!) is repeatedly pressured to perform unnecessary maintenance work when they bring their car in. Disappointing to see such a willingness to take advantage of customers and definitely something I'll keep in mind when next in the market.
