We had a nice and awesome experience with Lexus at Tony Graham. Dwayne Neilson did a great job to put us in confidence. I did not put pressure on us. He forced us to have a second test drive just to make sure it was the car we need. He also gave us THE last price we want. He didn't go back and forth to his sales manager wich is very convenient for a buyer. The car was mint. Tks again

Bought an RX350 recently. Cody A. was sincerely great to deal with. Honestly, not a single drop of the usual bs one encounters at a dealership. I knew what I wanted going in, had done my homework prior to walking in. He helped with options selection and actually talked me out of some of the add ons that just arent well reviewed by previous buyers. I was looking for someone good at their job, to find a way to make the price work, not try to game the deal. Lx aren’t cheap vehicles and my expectations of customer service were commensurate with the money I was about to spend. Tbh, this was my only reasonably pleasant car buying experience as it never turned confrontational. I d recommend contacting Cody for everyone looking for a quality ride and wanting to short circuit the shady sales tactics used elsewhere.
