First time buyer for any vehicle and my experience was just awful from this dealership. Began with first inquiring the RX350 through emails with Yan. She maybe emailed me back once to set up a call to discuss and never even called. Few more weeks pasted by and Lexus was having a good promotion with finance rates. Decided to take a road trip to Ottawa granted I live an hour away. Stopped by this dealership, saw Yan and ignored her cause i know i wouldn't want to do business with her since she ignored me the first time. Proceeded to find another sales, Thanh was the one. He helped me, came off as a really good guy. Got the quote and everything from him. The following Monday i took half the day off to go Test drive and possibly sign the final papers on this vehicle. Thanh had told me that they secured the one i want, which was the only one left in the east side. So ended up taking half the day off and drove up there an hour and then as i was going through the final papers, he said it was a demo. He wanted me to come up and test drive despite him initially knowing it was a demo to get me in a high pressure sales moment. My heart dropped and just glad i didn't sign off on that. Not to mentioned he passed me off to his co worker during the process. Conclusion: I ended up purchasing an RX350 F Sport 3 at the Kingston Dealership. They ended up giving me a way better quote and included stuff as well. The whole experience was poor at this dealership and employees should be under review. It was not a welcoming experience. I was a potential buyer and they lost a sale. I highly recommend to go to another dealership whether across town or another city unless management rectifies this matter.

I've just collaborated Wflowers, Micheal The Designer with Lexus providing roses on Tuesdays and Thursdays. :) David and the entire staff are so professional and very nice. Smiles a cross the board when you walk in very curtious. I drive a Dodge Journey for my business but hopefully someday I drive a Lexus to deliver my flowers there. Micheal The Designer Wflowers. This dealership was very prompt in correcting, without charge, my expressed concern about their having reinstalled the most marginal summer tire (I.e, with the least acceptable tread depth) in the front left wheel position. This change, significantly, will enable us to complete, comfortably, one more season with the current tires, after which we are considering replacing the vehicle.
