Noel was fantastic! Very knowledgeable about our specific car. We were able to go for an actual test drive, not just one exit and then back to dealer. Noel has gone out of his way to make sure our experience was and will continue to be positive. We were looking to purchase a high end car. After looking at everything including Audi, Bmw and Mercedes on a whim we went into Toyota. While waiting for a sales person to assist us I sat in a Venza. I was hooked. It had more comfort and front and rear leg room than anything else we had seen. We thought we wanted an SUV but the Venza ticked all the boxes. If you want to feel valued and not pressured,I would recommend you give Noel a call. I have to confess due to poor customer service from Bob Jackson I have not been in Toyota for 25 years. Fantastic experience buying my first car.

I came into Jackson's Toyota looking to buy my first car, and Curtis was very helpful in taking me through all of the features of the used models that I had looked at and liked online. He was very thorough but also very easy to talk to and I ended up buying my car that day. When I came to pick up the car, there was some paper work that needed to be done but he made sure it was a painless process to ensure that I got in my new ride quickly.

5th vehicle we have been involved in purchasing from Same Sales Rep at Jackson's Friendly accurate assistance, Vehicle we wanted, delivered ON TIME. Sales, Service, Parts and Greeting staff exceeded our expectations. We liked the 'Free Food treats' in the Customer waiting area but they did come at a CO$T like $32K for the new vehicle we purchased while we indulged. Sincerely John McCord

I don;t think that I would have bought an extended warranty guaranteeing me no mechanical and technical issues for 7 years/120k km if I knew that i would not receive regular updates to the navigation system as well as maintenance of all car parts under the ecp program. i am not impressed with my sat/nav and find it unreliable. i had phoned customer service at toyota and was told that all I had to do was ask for the 13.1 update or whatever is available.

I had my Rav in for an oil change at the quick lube. The experience was good. When I got home I noticed that on the invoice it mentioned that synthetic oil was used in the oil change I normally use regular oil. I called back into the service advisor to check on synthetic oil as I'm not familiar with it. My only concern was that I wasn't sure that changing from one type of oil to another was of any concern. The service advisor assured me that there was no problem with switching from one oil to another and that if I wanted to switch back to regular oil at my next oil change that would be fine.
