Mike is always so cheery and upbeat. He goes above and beyond to make things easy and never makes it seem like it's a big deal. He is a huge asset for Jackson Toyota.

I've always found that Mike was courteous and Jacksons provided quality service in a reasonable time. I have dealt with Jackson for the past 9 years, have no service complaints with Mike or other staff members.

I had a very good experience, it just took longer than I expected.

I brought my car in to have the tires switched and stored. I was due for an oil change, so I had that done while my car was there. I also had the inside and outside of the car cleaned. I was told the estimated time would be 4 to 4 1/2 hours, it took 5 hours. Other than that I was happy with everything.
