First checkup and oil change with tires changed as well. A busy day at the service desk but my visit was handled reasonably quickly and in full. I did ask a question about timing for subsequent maintenance but have yet to receive an answer.

Hello Mr. Simpson, I understand from speaking with Mike Fraser, your concern is how often to change the oil. In accordance with Toyota Canada's recommendation, the oil is to be changed every 6 months regardless of kilometers, but not to excess of 8,000 kilometers. I hope tht helps clarify things. Normally, I feel uneasy taking my car into any service facility but Mike greeted me with genuine warmth and friendliness. He effortlessly transitioned from the usual talk of car service and needs to a more personal conversation which put a nice human factor into a business environment. Keep up the good work Mike!

I loved the service. I had questions related to my car which I found full detailed response. In addition, they helped me to find a place where I can fix my car. As a foreigner, I clearly understood what it was about as professionally questions were asked along the conversation. I noted that an oil change was very quick which made me very pleased. They were given the address and even literally explained how to get there, and it was very helpful.

Vehicle was in for warranty/recall repairs for trunk lid. Mike Fraser as usual was very professional and looked after all concerns with our vehicle. Mike always goes above and beyond to ensure we are satisfied before we leave the dealership. Thank you for the great customer service. As always, Mike makes every effort to address all service requirements and requests. Understanding my situation, he communicates well so that I understand what is required while ensuring his team delivers within said commitments. I have dealt with Jackson's Toyota for many years. Having another Toyota dealership very close to my work, it would be easier to service my vehicle at their location (from a service and time perspective), however they do not have Mike or the rest of the team. For that reason, I continue (and will continue) to be a loyal Jackson's customer. Thank you for all you do!
