Great Customer Service

I brought my two cars to Jackson's Toyota for their Drive Clean tests. The testing was delayed as Jackson's was very busy. My morning became a bit chaotic as my cars were not ready on time. However, Tim offered me his apologies and a free oil change for my next visit. Scheduling doesn't always work and sometimes there are delays. Goodwill is created when a business recognizes a customer's concerns, addresses them and gives the customer compensation. Thanks, Tim!

I work with customer service myself and l have been to Jackson Toyota now for two years. The servicing and maintenance performed on my vehicle was very professional and the service was very courteous. The Express Lube Manager is very good and l like him even though he is a Habs Fan loll. Basic oil change and changing of my winter to summer tires. Also a check up and general maintenance. Was able to leave the car and pick it up at my convenience.

Had to bring vehichle in for a recall, was greeted by Mike and everything was done in a timely manner and he came & got me to say serivce was done and handed back the keys.

As usual, my service experience at Jackson's Toyota, was efficient and even enjoyable! The Service Advisor Mike was pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. It is a treat to enjoy a warm baked cookie and delicious coffee, catch up on some reading and know your car is in good hands and will be ready shortly! I can never fault Jackson's with their Service Dept. standards. Thanks again!

I recently had my Matrix serviced ... oil, lube and air filter changed ... and the visit could not have gone smoother. I was greeted as I pulled in, directed to the lounge, notified of the need for the new air filter, and not long afterwards called to the check-out desk. A few questions answered and I was on my way ... until next time. Thank you all for the great service.
