I recommend Jackson's Toyota for its service and efficiency. However, I just find a bit annoying to feel obliged to write at least 20 words...if I am not satisfied I'll let you know in detail!

During my last service I ran into some problems and had to return to the dealer 4 times due to a defective water pump. Elie was very supportive and understanding of my frustration. Elie went beyond the call of duty, when I had to return my Venza due to overheating and it had to stay over night, he offered to drive me home and pick me up in the morning to take me to work if a car was not available to me. Fortunately Dave Griffin was able to accomodate and I was given a 2014 Corrolla while they repaired my vehicle. Thank you to everyone involved in making a frustrating matter into a happy ending! Winter tires were removed and I was promised that a problem I have had regarding my Rewards Card would be resolved...and it was.

For the past several years Service Advisors have tried to add/connect my name and car to my Rewards card by writing notes on the completed work orders that are sent to the Accounting Department, but with no success. The gentleman at the Express Service Station asked if I had a Reward card and was unable to find me in the system. He noted down the Reward Card number and found the file but there was still no client name or vehicle information in the file. He assured me that this problem would be corrected and it has finally been resolved. Thank you.

I want Toyota trained technicians working on my car for peace of mind. I come back to Jackson's service department because of the exceptionally wonderful service staff. Nelson listens to my concerns and helps keep my car running smoothly. The shuttle service makes service visits convenient, and the shuttle drivers are excellent too!

For the last 9 years I have had 3 vehicles serviced at Jackson's. Two of the vehicles were new purchases. I have found all departments helpful, courteous and knowledgeable concerning my cars and going the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction. I would not hesitate in referring friends to Jackson's and will continue to utilize their services.

We had our winter tires removed and stored, and had our summer tires installed. Mike Fraser was available to receive me as soon as I arrived (about twenty minutes before my scheduled appointment). While waiting for the work to be completed, I was pleased to find copies of both Toronto and Barrie newspapers available as well as fresh coffee. The work was completed in a timely manner and I was on my way in a little more than an hour after arrived.
