My sales person Noel Wakely was very professional, helpful and pleasant to deal with. He listened to my needs and made sure that I understood every detail about my new Tacoma. He was very knowledgeable and worked to meet most of my demands. I have been a customer of Jackson's for over 30 years and the experience has been an enjoyable one. Both the service and the product has met my expectations.

Eric found the vehicle right for us in a timely fashion and at a GREAT price!! The dealership is warm, friendly and inviting. Our vehicle is AWESOME!!

The staff at Jackson's Toyota were extremely friendly and courteous. They were a pleasure to negotiate with and respectful when I made my offer and didn't make me feel uncomfortable making my offer or counter-offer for the vehicle I eventually bought. Thank you Curtis and all the staff at Jackson's Toyota.

Terrible Experience, if we hadn't tried another dealership we may not have bought a Toyota, this dealership sure turned us off. Total waste of our time! Asked to look at A Toyota Sienna, used possibly new. The salesman said he had a great deal on a used one just brought in. He just had to find the keys! waited almost an hour for this man to slowly walk office to office looking for keys. We stopped him at one point to say " what colour is it because we have a white in mind", "Oh its white I'm pretty sure…"he replied. An hour later pulled around in a blue sienna with a cracked windshield. Instant disappointment but had an open mind and took it for a drive. It smelled inside and was not very clean at all. Had a bumping coming from the back which the salesman said must have been the dealer plate bumping…..no don't think so….When we came back we let him know that this wasn't for us and maybe could we look at the other used one in the front. So he slowly head back in looking for keys, waited another 10 mins just to look in to see him trying to sell another couple a car inside! You would think he wasted enough of our day!! We left very disappointed! Thanks to Nowell for wasting our time!

According to the invoice certain procedures were completed. But according to the camera I had in the car they were not. If these items were said to be done and were not then how can I trust that the rest of the invoice was completed as said.

The staff is great! Always friendly and knowledgeable. I am always in and out faster than I expect and I am provided with a list of required upcoming maintenance even though they know I do my own maintenance.
