I bought a 2022 ram 1500 GT sport from South Trail and I am 100% satisfied, they had everything I wanted it when I wanted it. There’s nothing negative to say here, service was amazing and to the point, the process was fast and I never at any point felt rushed to make a purchase. The team there is amazing and very helpful and can answer any question, I have always been shy of dealerships but now I’ve found my home… My salesmen Shawn Turner, awesome man and loves his job, will put in the work when it’s time too and is clear with prices as well as questions, has nothing but honest things to say, Shawn is honestly the best sales person I have worked with! Equipped with an awesome finance team I got the best outcome I could ask for. I had a full 360 lesson about how my vehicle worked and functioned which was extremely helpful. Needless to say I have had nothing but a great experience here. I recommend to anyone in the market! Thanks to the team at South Trail!

I recently purchased a used Denali from these guys in Decemeber. I made an appointment with Alex in the used car department and he never showed. I was told by Jason that he was on his way, so I waited outside for 20 minutes until Jason came out and said he would be helping me. Jason was good and we made a deal on the truck. Then came the "extras" I told him I did not want anything but kept pushing me to purchase the extended warranty. I kept declining it and eventually he went to talk with finance where again I said I did not want it. Finance went quick once I declined everything they were now offering me. I took the truck that day knowing that it was not filled or detailed but had an appointment booked the following week to have everything done. I took time off work to drop the truck off and have it detailed. The interior was not touched as it was already fairly clean, I know that it was not touched because I found receipts from the previous owner and had residue on the windshield. The engine bay was not washed, it looks like someone went through a dust storm with it. The box is the same, there is dirt and dust everywhere. So I'm assuming all they did was run it through there automatic car wash and called it good. They did fill the tank which is the only positive. Would not recommend going to this dealership as it seems like they do not car about the customer experience! Now I'm spending money out of my own pocket to get the truck cleaned like how it should have been done there!

I recently purchased a new 2022 Ram 1500 G/T from Shawn Turner. I can confidently say that he and his team at this dealership are amazing to deal with. The whole process was easy and stress free, not once did I feel pressured into making a decision. They also listened and helped with my concerns about the truck I was trading off. If you are thinking of giving this dealership your business I highly suggest you do, you won't be disappointed. (PS ask for Shawn Turner he's one of the best to deal with.)
