Connor was awesome! He took time to understand our needs and show us options. He found us exactly what we wanted for a great price, I drove away in my new Jeep within a day. Will definitely be recommending south trail jeep and Connor to friends and family!

We had been coming to this location for years for services, previously I had left a 5* review. We had an appointment for our Grand Cherokee to be serviced. Upon pick up on previous services, covers have always been used to keep the interior of the car clean and there have been no issues. It was obvious this time that no covers had been used and no care taken in regards to keeping the interior of my vehicle in the same condition as it had been dropped off in. I take pride in having a clean car and was shocked to see how it was returned to me. The interior driver door was mucky and gritty. My driver seat, as well as my steering wheel were also covered in dirt and grit. We went and asked staff if they had cleaner we could use. The woman acted like she was inconvenienced by our request. The lighting in the photos don't quite show how dirty it actually was - the dirt on my seat was brown. It is unacceptable to return a customer's vehicle to them in this condition. Update February 2023: At this service we were told that our tires were very worn and needed to be replaced. This didn't make a lot of sense as my vehicle only has 55k on it and my tires are meant to last to 100k. After the mess my vehicle was returned in we decided to go elsewhere to get new tires. The mechanic at a diffrent brand called us and asked us if we were sure we wanted new tires because we still had a lot of life left in our current ones. We were confused as this was very diffrent to what Jeep told us. When we went to pick up the vehicle we were reassured again that the tires have a lot of tread left on them. We bought a tread gauge tool and confirmed what they were saying. They saved us over a thousand dollars. If we had gone with Jeep's South Trail's report we would have spent over a thousand dollars unnecessarily.
