Went in fully prepared to purchase certified used unit. Walked in circles in showroom for over 15min waiting for SOMEONE to speak with me. Finally a man comes up to me, no introduction, no handshake. I ask to test drive the unit. He takes 20min to find keys/plate. When I return, I see him outside smoking. He ignores me. Was a COMPLETE waste of time. I have several friends that also had bad experiences with Cambrian Ford.

It can be very frustrating when you book an appointment, the vehicle is not looked at and there is no communication with the service workers. This is exceptionally bad when you hear the news your car has not been looked at towards the end of the day.

Amanda was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Once the sale was completed she let us know that she was available going forward to answer any questions or address any concerns. Michelle was also provided excellent service when arranging for financing.
