Dead battery. Diagnostic machine did not recognize error. Returned & battery replaced.

Shannon is very good. I was in distress as the battery had died 3 times in one week. Arranged a rental. Quick action. Replaced battery under warranty. ANNIE

I had been having A/C problems off and on for 2 years. I’ve had my vehicle in the Ford dearlships 3 times. Once in Florida and twice at Cambrian. Steve explained in detail the problem to my satisfaction. In terms that I could understand. Kudos to him.

Great work. Fast and friendly. Went in at 9:30am out at 10:36am. Exactly what I needed to happen. My sales men made the appointment and they were waiting for me.
