Backup camera glitch repaired. Staff were pleasant and the job was done quickly. Staff are always trying to help.

Bought a new car from Cambrian. Many to choose from, and I chose one from the lot although they would bring one in from elsewhere if required. I was given a tour of the facilities and everything was ordered, performed and completed at the dealership. Salesman John was a pleasure to deal with, and I will surely look him up again when it is time to buy a new vehicle.

2 vehicles required all around brake jobs at 40000Km within 6 mos of one another. I questioned it the first time (2014 F150) and was told consumables were not covered by either manufacturer or extended warranty. I thought this was fishy, but paid anyhow. When my 2nd vehicle (2017 Fusion) needed brakes at the same mileage, I assumed that this time, it would be covered. Again, it was not. I was a long term customer, however, for this reason (amongst others) Cambrian Ford and Ford have lost my business.
