Vehicle service

I booked an appointment (drop off appointment) apparently they aren't service appointments anymore. LOL. for Sept. 11, 2018. My vehicle was not ready until 11 am Sept. 13th 2018. The issue was bad brakes (AGAIN) I do not want a drop off appointment 2 days before they actually work on my vehicle. The second issue is not a Cambrian Ford issue. It is a Ford issue. I have been driving Ford products for the past 38 years, that's right only Fords. This I believe is the 4th time I bring my Explorer in for a braking issue. The vehicle only has 54K. This is totally ludicrous. I have personally put up to 90k on many sets of brakes over the years. Shame on Ford for using substandard brake products for the Explorer.
