Smp is a major joke!! Gave me cheap new brakes and won't do anything about it!! Cost me over 1000 bucks!! Will never go back to them again!!

According to our records, we replaced the front and rear brakes on your 2015 Malibu in September 2021. Are these the brakes you're referring to? Please note that these brakes had a 12-month/20,000 km warranty. Despite this, we genuinely want to assist you. My experience with SMP was overall very good was treated with professionalism and a sense of urgency. My service writer Devon was top notch and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I hope to get his service again in the future if I ever need to have work done again.

My husband and I had the best vehicle experience of our life. Our salesman Antonio went above and beyond with customer service including staying late past office hours to accommodate us including Sam our finance lady. Krista who we were initially speaking with and couldn't connect with on our chosen day to stop by, wanted to meet us in person even after the fact and we still felt important. We were treated like family and couldn't have asked for anything more. They have a repeat customer for sure!!
