Bought a new truck at SMP in September 2023 with all the bells and whistles, prepaid oil changes etc. Unfortunately after 2 days of driving it I was in an accident and took it in for repair. Truck only had 300 kms on it. It took SMP collision 4 months to fix it and their communication on parts availability, what they were doing to fix it, was poor. When I got the vehicle back I had a door ding! Fast forward to May of 2024…I take it in for my first prepaid service. I tell the nice service lady I’m in for an oil change and tire rotation. I also let her know that the truck seems to crank slower than the other Duramax I had. I ask them to check it out. They couldn’t find any issues. I ask them if they’re running synthetic oil in the engine and to my surprise that’s an extra $150 more than what the pre-paid oil change plan the sold me allows for. I was not advised of this at the time of sale and I’m extremely disappointed with my second vehicle purchase at this dealership. I don’t know if I’ll be back for anymore service or future vehicle sales.

Bought a pre-owned vehicle just over a month ago. Sales, Brett Baycroft, and one of the Managers, and Kelly in finance were all amazing. Was like dealing with friends. Today I had the vehicle in to Service for an aftermarket addition. Devon went above and beyond to help me with an issue and was on it right away! Can't say enough good things about the SMP team!

Worst experience for Used Car. We bought a recently used car, but it turns out they never brought out all the details of what was actually wrong. We figured the Extended warranty would be good for a car that is not that old. They never honoured that extended warranty. We were told," Extended Warranty will cover everything" Turns out, except on issues they find not under the extended warranty? LOL.Apparently you're better off getting the car completely FUBAR. Labour hours are also not included with the extended warranty. Turns out the vehicle badly needed a Transmission flush, low and behold we didn't havge the vehicle for more than 4 months and sure enough they phoned us and stated the transmission flush is needed. BUT WHY WASN'T IT CHANGED IN THE FIRST PLACE? DO NOT get your used vehicles here, they are the worst I've ever experienced.

Asked about rear glass shocks for a corvette, they say $600 for a set. Look online they're $130 each. Took my late father's truck in for the airbag recall notice and had to keep telling them afterward to stop calling me and trying to sell my dead dad another truck. The courtesy car driver was the nicest old man though, and we had a lovely chat after I dropped the truck off. Tech staff in the back were friendly, knowledgeable and worked quick, the rest are rheumy-eyed drones selling the most boring cars on earth for top dollar.

My experience with SMP was great. No complaints. My problem lies with GM. They will replace parts in new vehicles with new and different parts which don't stand up. Paint is one example. Air conditioning is another. Never in my life of owning a chev have I ever had problems with my air conditioning or paint. And I have put on in excess ot 200.000 km on my vehicles. This type of product is enough to drive a buyer to a more reliable manufacturer.

SMP was amazing at getting me into a new 2024 Silverado Isaiah helped out with any questions I had and made sure to tell me about all the great features the truck has, I’m happy to be driving a brand new full 1500 pickup from SMP.

I recently bought my vehicle at SMP. Jeep Wrangler and I love it. Isaiah Complido was my salesman. I have to say he was amazing! No pressure at all. He made sure this was the vehicle for me and I was completely comfortable that he wanted what was best for me. The process was smooth and fun. Also Logan in finance was great and explained everything so well. This was a different experience for me than I've had elsewhere. Highly recommend Isaiha and the team at SMP to anybody!

Sonny Whyte in the parts/accessories department was very friendly, knowledgeable, and very fair to deal with. There was a slight hiccup with the accessory install and, Michael, the assistant service manager made it right. Customer service is much easier when things go smoothly. You never truly know what kind of customer service a place has until you see how they handle things when there is an issue. I’ve been going there for years with different vehicles and although issues are rare, anytime I’ve had a problem at SMP, they are genuinely concerned you leave happy, which is something I have found you can never take for granted nowadays.
