Rebecca provided me with excellent and friendly service! I was just not satisfied with the unknown additional misc shop charges of $16 plus taxes that was not mentioned to me when I initially called in for a quotation. I was also under the impression that my vehicle was going to be washed and really not impressed when I got to it back (not washed) in even worse state with mud marks from I guess where it was temporarily stored in the back (muddy) storage yard…

We dealt wirh shaz and riun! They were both very helpful throughout the whole process. Shaz was always there to help us each time we came as in because we were waiting for money to come in for our down payment. They were patient and not pushing us into a vehicle we werent sure of.

I left work and my suv sounded and felt like something was falling off underneath my vehicle . I went to Smp circle Drive and saw brent the service manager. He took my vehicle even thoe his day was over.and found I had a built up ice underneath he chopped it away. vehicle works great now thank you Brent for helping me out

Bought a car and traded an old one in. The person who helped me, Amar, was so fantastic! From showing me the car to a test drive to everything in between, Amar was there.
