I bought a used truck with 23500 kms and have put on 315 kms over the weekend.The air conditioning doesn't work.I have contacted SMP and talked to several people and they are telling me that I need to bring the truck in because maybe I damaged something.I have the list list of things they checked and the A/c was checked off.Rick has told me I don't have to pay for a diagnosis (which said thesales department said I did) They refuse to say that if there is no damages that I don't have to pay.

I was very disappointed in my last visit to have my winter tires exchanged for the summer tires which I had paid to have stored by you. I arrived at 2 PM yesterday for an appointment and a an hour and a half later the girl came to me to say that my summer tires were not fit to be put back on and I need to buy new ones I am wondering why they were put in storage if they are not fit to ride on.

Dealt with Shaz and Sam, both were understanding, consistent and genuine. I never bought a new vehicle before so they really let me know what I needed, how much I could afford and what's the best plan (: it was an amazing experience, easy, smooth and all and all fun(: I definitely reccomend SMP. The service here was incredible. From the moment I made the call to book a test drive to the signing of the buyers agreement. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. Wes, the shuttle driver was cheerful and gave me useful information about vehicles. The salesman Chance Hopper was very knowledgeable and gave me a detailed explanation of my options. He took me on my test drive and explained everything during the drive. The finance manager, Brandon, was also very knowledgeable, and after double checking my information, he gave me a list of my options and gave me time to decide. He then made calls to several banks to get me the best APR on the market. This was an amazing experience.

Had my old vehicle break down on the highway and within 2 days zinkal had me in a 2021 dodge charger, took a little longer than expected to get my deposit back though but other than that the process all went pretty smooth and zinkal and the finance team were willing to stay after hours to work around my schedule
