Efficient and professional.

Dropped my car off, and was given an estimate for the time it would take so I waited. Car maintenance was completed on time with no issues.

Issue not resolved

I had my 3rd service of my my 2016 civic . Came in the service station with a problem along with my service . I had a whining noise coming from engine every time I started the car ONLY WHEN THE HEATER OR AC IS SWITCHED ON.. informed Raymond Chang about this. He said he will look into it. Left the car at the station for the day and picked up next day... Mr Raymond gave me call around 10.30 am same day and mentioned software update was done as no technical issue were seen. He also mentioned the sound problem is no more there . But I started the car at the service station next day , problem was still there...I tried calling Mr.Raymond 4 or 5 times as I was at work. But he wasn't reachable as he was busy... Im not here to blame him but I was expecting this problem to be resolved. I even spent money on Uber to go to work and I was in loss.... I can't afford to leave car again for the same problem and again get it undone...I tried calling Raymond yesterday but they said he wasn't available. We have hope in Honda and this is my first car.. I don't Wana be let down

I received a recall notice this year, but I had one outstanding from a prior year. Both appointments were completed in less time than was estimated. The staff were very professional.

Review of service I receive

I was at shop for the noise getting from front. After checking they found that some part is needed to replace and told me that they order part and I will receive call once part received. After 2-3 months I did not received any call. Once I call back after month and the person on phone i talked to even didn't ask my name or phone number to track part or listen my complaint instead of that he said that you will receive call once we receive part. I guess its been 3 months already and still do not understand what happened. I don't have time to call back and inquired again. Still wondering that if they cannot find part for new van what will happen after 2 years. In addition to that the person to whom I talked to during my visit wasnice and helpful so nothing against him.

I have been a Roadsport for over 20 years. It starts with sales to service. Have received excellent service from sales to service. Chilly gave a great price on my cars that I have purchased at Roadsport and Edmund and Tiger provide great service. I know they will provide the required recommendations. I really appreciate their advice.
