Flow less experience , perfect, very informative, professional. One stop. Very customer oriented. Our sales rep- Owen was very helpful and took the time to explain to us everything not only for the CRV 2017 that we were buying but also for other products which made us buy another Honda Car in the next three weeks (Odyssey 2017). The service cashier was more worried that I circled the issue on the invoice that she had for filing than trying to understand what I was trying to verify with her. The issue was that $100 discount for the timing belt service only indicated (-$50) on the invoice and when I asked for clarification to the other $50, she was quite condescending with her response that I shouldn't mark the dealer's voice copy of my service sheet and that she didn't know because Assistant Service Manager was gone for the day. Wow!
