I don't thiink I was treated with respect, as the again made me wait for more than 30 minutes in 2 separate occasions. This should be considered as unacceptable.

The service provided by Qi (Chili) Li was excellent. He went out of his way to listen to our needs and concerns. With each step in the process we were always surprised by the little extra touches he provided in making our experience very personal. We did have one issue with our trunk tray that we purchased. It didn't fit properly in our model type. Both Qi (Chili) Li and Roadsport Honda Service made sure to look into the issue and made sure that the issue was resolved quickly. We're really happy with our experience.

The salesperson ( Chili ) greeted me with a smile and a sincere attitude. He tried to explain the CRV very detail and made me have a full understanding of the CRV. For the whole purchase process, I totally have no problem in any aspects including the finance, the future maintenance, the operation of the car. I am very satisfied with Chili's professionalism.
