I called because the socket was taken out my car, and not put back. When I spoke to the service advisor, he told me "there was no way they used it, they didnt take the tires off". Instead of just checking with the mechanic, he insisted I was mistaken, and they DID NOT have the socket out of my glove box. They indeed had, as We were informed my brake pads would need to be teplaced soon. The service advisor was wrong, and my socket was indeed at the dealership, they did use it, and they did return it. For how adamant the service advisor was that I was "wrong" and he was "right", his appology wasn't adequate. He also blamed the mechanic for the issue. This experience has made me re that nk if I want to continue using Roadsport Honda for the maintenance of my car.
