Bought a brand new Mazda 3 last month. Drove the car on a trip the same day. Bad vibration between 80 and 120k. Earliest apt was Nov 13th. Showed up 10min early for my 945am apt and was told by service advisor the appointment was to see the desk not to fix the car right away. She made no attempt to correct my frustration. I have one day off during the week so was not impressed.

UPDATED: I emailed customer service as directed in the response to my initial review below and have not received a resolution to the $250 I spent getting this vehicle detailed properly. I also had to visit my bank today to fix the information on my loan that was entered incorrectly at the dealership. Don’t waste your time or money here. I traded in my car for a pre-owned Mazda CX-3 a couple of weeks ago and requested a quote from Adam for winter tires and rims. A couple hours after picking the car up, I noticed an unpleasant smell in the car like sour milk. I tried calling Barrhaven Mazda twice to speak to somebody about resolving the issue. Both times I was promised a callback and I didn’t receive one. I went back to the dealership and after being ignored by several people, eventually one of the sales reps asked what I needed. After being asked multiple times if I was sure of what I was smelling, the finance manager Sam took over and told me to bring the car back on Monday. It’s been 10 days since the dry detailing, and when I took the car back for a resolution this evening as it still smells awful, I was sent on my way having been told that the guy couldn’t smell anything like sour milk with 3 air fresheners and the advice to make sure I always use one in the car. Less than stellar service.

Just recently got my new CX-90 with them. Brandon and Karim were extremely helpful with guiding me through the purchasing process and helping me do the paperwork. My experience was great and I highly recommend Barrhaven Mazda.
