Brought my fiancées vehicle in for a clunking noise from the left front of vehicle, technician couldn’t identify noise and I had to show when the noise is made, I suggested maybe it’s the strut mount , after 5 minutes I’m told it’s the strut mount, immediately after replacing the left front strut mount the car is making a clunking noise still (clearly didn’t road test vehicle) car then began to scrape before we had a chance to bring it in, I inspect the car and see the LF stab link is actually broken now and requires replacing, we have the stab links replaced elsewhere because the repair was below the 100$ deductible we were required to pay each time, after the stab links are replaced the vehicle is still clunking, we proceed to get it inspected and are told the LF shock is leaking and the coil is worn and not having adequate tension , we bring the vehicle back to Mazda because they repaired the shock mount and clearly didn’t inspect the condition of the shock or coil, they inspect it and say it’s the shock and they want to now charge us, After speaking to the manager we come to the conclusion it’s covered under warranty. It was clearly written on the complaint that the shock was leaking and the spring felt weak, well here we are after having the Left front shock replaced the car is still clunking, I’m not entirely sure if they even roadtest the vehicles after repairs to ensure the car was fixed and the complaint has been remedied, I can physically move the coil by hand back and forth. This is just poor workmanship, poor attention to detail, it’s the most basic part of being a mechanic … confirming your repair. Now we have no faith in this dealership and wouldn’t want to come back just to be charged again for a third time and be told it’s a different part that’s failed so it’s not covered.

Overall, I had a great experience at this location. Abood provided friendly customer service. He was exceptionally helpful and explained the features on the vehicle extensively. I felt confident in my purchase. If any friends/family are interested in purchasing a vehicle with Mazda , I would highly recommend speaking with Abood and his team 👍🏼😊

I wanted to trade-in my vehicle to get an upgrade, Abood & Adam made sure that I got all of the features that I’m looking for and the exact vehicle I wanted, Great dealing with both of them! Not to mention the managers gave me a very spot on value for my trade!

At the end of May we came to this place to enquire about a new 2024 Mazda CX30 GX. They did not have it in stock but promised to bring it in from another dealership.As it turned out, the car at another dealership had been sold out. So the manager kept brainwashing me and pushing the sale of a more expensive model (GS) and a different colour. I was very reluctant to go for it, as the $3,500 price difference was not worth the extra features offered with this model. Anyway, he succeeded and I was tricked into buying not only the model and colour I did not want, but also a DILAWRI VALUE PACKAGE for $699 + tax which is a total scam and a waste of money. BEWARE! I have never had a chance to test drive the car I bought and when we came to pick up this brand new car, it turned out to have 110 kms odometer reading (sic!), allegedly from driving to a gas station for a fill up. To make matters even worse, the salesman, Adam who transferred the license plates from our old car to the new one decided to throw out a protective cover to install the dealership logo without as much as mentioning it to me. In conclusion: STAY AWAY from these snake oil sales people. There is definitely a reason to their motto: NOBODY STEALS LIKE DILAWRI.
